Booking Requests
Submitting the booking form or wizard on this site sends a request, not a confirmed booking. Chiara reviews every request personally and replies within 24 hours with a tailored proposal and price, based on your menu, guest count and location.
What's Included
Unless otherwise agreed, the quoted price covers menu planning, sourcing and purchasing ingredients, cooking on-site, plating and table service. Alcohol and any specialist equipment rental are not included unless arranged in advance.
Payment
Once a request is confirmed, payment is arranged via a secure payment link. No payment is taken at the time of the initial enquiry.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booked date are fully refundable. For cancellations or changes made closer to the date, please contact Chiara directly — reasonable accommodations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Surcharge
Bookings in Bern carry a 5% travel surcharge to cover the additional distance beyond the core service area (Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Brienz, Iseltwald, Adelboden, Thun). Locations further afield may be possible on request.
Dietary Requirements
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and other dietary requirements can be accommodated on any menu — please share these when you book so they can be planned for properly.
